Ōta Masahiro


Ōta Masahiro was the 14th Governor-General of Taiwan. He was Governor of Fukushima Prefecture, Ishikawa Prefecture, Kumamoto Prefecture, Niigata Prefecture and Aichi Prefecture. He was a graduate of the University of Tokyo.
