Vietnam War

The Division was under the control of the B3 Front.
The Division's 95B Regiment was one of the units targeted in Operation Paul Revere IV from 20 October to 30 December 1966. Following the operation the 95B Regiment was rendered combat ineffective.
During the 1975 Spring Offensive, as a diversion for the attack on Ban Me Thuot, the Division surrounded the Duc Lap Camp in February, but then secretly moved the bulk of its forces towards Ban Me Thuot.
