Defending his seat in Dundee for the Liberal Party, Winston Churchill comes fourth in the poll; the two-member constituency is taken by Edwin Scrymgeour, uniquely winning for the Scottish Prohibition Party, and the radical E.D. Morel for the Labour Party.
