1964 European Nations' Cup qualifying preliminary round


The 1964 European Nations' Cup qualifying preliminary round was the first round of the qualifying competition for the 1964 European Nations' Cup. It was contested by 26 of the 29 teams that entered, with Austria, Luxembourg and the Soviet Union receiving byes to the round of 16. The winners of each of 13 home-and-away ties progressed to the round of 16. The matches were played in 1962 and 1963.
