1968 US Open – Men's Singles


defeated Tom Okker 14–12, 5–7, 6–3, 3–6, 6–3 in the final to win the Men's Singles tennis title at the 1968 U.S. Open. The 1968 U.S. Open events were conducted from August 29 to September 8, 1968. John Newcombe was the 1967 defending champion, but lost in the quarterfinals to Clark Graebner.
