1968 Wimbledon Championships – Men's Singles
defeated Tony Roche in the final, 6–3, 6–4, 6–2 to win the Gentlemen's Singles tennis title at the 1968 Wimbledon Championships. John Newcombe was the defending champion, but was defeated in the fourth round by Arthur Ashe.Seeds
