1980 CONCACAF Champions' Cup
The 1980 CONCACAF Champions' Cup was the 16th edition of the annual international club football competition held in the CONCACAF region, the CONCACAF Champions' Cup. It determined that year's club champion of association football in the CONCACAF region and was played from 20 May 1980 till 12 February 1981.
The teams were split into 3 zones, each one qualifying the winner to the final tournament, that was played in Tegucigalpa, Honduras under a group system. All the qualifying matches in the tournament were played under the home/away match system.
UNAM from Mexico won the final, and became for the first time CONCACAF champion in their history.
