1982 World Snooker Championship


The 1982 World Snooker Championship was a professional ranking snooker tournament that took place between 30 April and 16 May 1982 at the Crucible Theatre in Sheffield, England.
Alex Higgins won his second world title, defeating Ray Reardon 18–15 in the final. The tournament was sponsored by cigarette manufacturer Embassy.
