1986 Pittsburgh Pirates season The 1986 Pittsburgh Pirates season was the 105th season of the Pittsburgh Pirates franchise; and their 100th in the National League . This was their 17th season at Three Rivers Stadium . The Pirates finished sixth and last in the National League East with a record of 64–98.
