Mersin İdmanyurdu Sports Club; located in Mersin, east Mediterranean coast of Turkey in 1991–92. Mersin İdmanyurdu participated in Second League 1991–92 season for the 18th time and finished tenth. The team also participated in Turkish Cup in 1991–92 and was eliminated at Round 3.
Kaya Mutlu was the president of the club. Coach Adnan Dinçer managed the team during the season His assistant was Nasır Belci. Ömer Faruk Demir and Faruk Özbekir were most appeared players in the team rosters. While Yücel Çolak was top goalscorer with 16 goals.
