1991 Cork Senior Hurling Championship
The 1991 Cork Senior Hurling Championship was the 103rd staging of the Cork Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Cork County Board in 1887. The draw for the opening fixtures took place on 16 December 1990. The championship ended on 22 September 1991.
Na Piarsaigh entered the championship as the defending champions, however, they were defeated by Blackrock in the second round.
On 22 September 1991, Midleton won the championship following a 1-17 to 1-8 defeat of Glen Rovers in the final. This was their sixth championship title overall and their first in four championship seasons.Results
