The 2010 BNP Paribas Masters – Singles was the main event of the 2010 BNP Paribas Masters men's tennis tournament played in Paris, France from 6 November through 14 November 2010.
Novak Djokovic was the defending champion, but lost in the third round to Michaël Llodra.
Robin Söderling won the title, defeating Gaël Monfils 6–1, 7–6 in the final.
