2016 Chattanooga Mocs football team


The 2016 Chattanooga Mocs football team represented the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in the 2016 NCAA Division I FCS football season as a member of the Southern Conference. The Mocs were led by eighth year head coach and alum Russ Huesman and played their home games at Finley Stadium in Chattanooga, Tennessee. They finished the season 9–4, 6–2 in SoCon play to finish in a tie for second place. They received an at-large bid to the FCS Playoffs where they defeated Weber State in the first round, before losing to Sam Houston State in the second round.
