2017–18 Detroit Red Wings season


The 2017–18 Detroit Red Wings season was the 92nd season for the National Hockey League franchise that was established on September 25, 1926. It was also the Red Wings' first season at Little Caesars Arena. The team missed the playoffs for the second year in a row, marking the first time since 1979–80 that the Red Wings missed the playoffs in consecutive seasons.
