Tímea Babos and Kristina Mladenovic won the Women's Doubles tennis title at the 2019 French Open, defeating Duan Yingying and Zheng Saisai 6–2, 6–3 in the final.
Mladenovic replaced Siniaková in the WTA no. 1 doubles ranking at the end of the tournament. Barbora Strýcová, Elise Mertens, Demi Schuurs, Ashleigh Barty and Zhang Shuai were also in contention for the top ranking at the start of the tournament.
