2020 Georgetown Hoyas football team


The 2020 Georgetown Hoyas football team will represent Georgetown University in the 2020 NCAA Division I FCS football season. They will be led by seventh-year head coach Rob Sgarlata and play their home games at Cooper Field. They are a member of the Patriot League.
On July 13, 2020, the Patriot League announced that it would cancel its fall sports seasons due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The league has not ruled out the possibility of playing in the spring. The schedule below is as it appeared at the time of the cancellation.

Schedule

Georgetown's full schedule was released on March 23, 2020. The Hoyas football team had games schedule against Harvard on September 19 and Columbia on September 26, which were later canceled before the start of the 2020 season.
