2020 Women's Hockey Junior Asia Cup


The 2020 Women's Hockey Junior Asia Cup will be the eighth edition of the Women's Hockey Junior Asia Cup. The tournament was scheduled to be held in Kakamigahara, Japan from 6 to 12 April 2020. In March 2020 it was announced that the tournament would be postponed due to concerns about the COVID-19 pandemic.
China were the defending champions but had to withdraw due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tournament serves as the Asian qualifier for the 2021 FIH Junior World Cup, with the top three qualifying.

Qualification

The top six teams from the 2015 edition qualified directly and they were joined by the top two from the 2019 Junior AHF Cup.

Qualified teams

The following teams have qualified for the tournament. China had to withdraw from the tournament due to the Wuhan coronavirus outbreak. The first reserve team Chinese Taipei after their third-place finish at the 2019 Junior AHF Cup took their place.
