2021 NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Tournament

The 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Tournament, barring potential disruptions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, will be played in March and April 2021, with the Final Four played Friday, April 2 and Sunday, April 4. The Final Four will be played at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas with the University of the Incarnate Word, University of Texas at San Antonio and San Antonio Sports serving as hosts. This is the third time the women's Final Four will be played in San Antonio.
Assuming that the tournament is held, it will be the first since 1983 in which the RPI will not be used in the selection process. On May 4, 2020, the NCAA announced that it would replace the RPI with the NET, a metric that has been used in the selection process for the D-I men's tournament since 2019. The women's version of the NET uses input data specific to the women's game, but is otherwise functionally identical to the men's version.

The first two rounds, also referred to as the subregionals, will be played at the sites of the top 16 seeds, as was done in 2016–2020.
