2nd Steppe Siberian Corps


The 2nd Steppe Siberian Corps was one of the main formations of the Siberian Army during the Russian Civil War. It was created on June 7, 1918, by Colonel Pavel Ivanov-Rinov and its headquarters were in Omsk.
On January 3, 1919, a 3rd Steppe Siberian Army Corps under command of Grigory Verzhbitsky was formed by separating the 3rd and 4th rifle divisions from the 2nd Steppe Siberian Corps.
