A&R Channel


ARC: The A&R Channel is an American cable television video on demand network based in Los Angeles. The channel airs both mainstream and underground artists with a focus on discovering and breaking new music. Since its inception in September 2007 it has been broadcasting music videos on the digital tier of the Comcast cable system. ARC used to be available in 15 million US homes until the channel and website shut down at an unknown time.
ARC was founded by Emmy winner Seth Shapiro and Hiwire/MVSpy founder Jim Pavilack. ARC's lineup also includes a variety of original programming by web innovators and music pioneers.
