Abū Zayd ibn Muḥammad ibn Abī Zayd

Abū Zayd ibn Muḥammad ibn Abī Zayd was a medieval Persian potter. His extant signed body of work, 15 or more pieces, is larger than that of any other medieval Iranian potter. It includes both the luxury techniques of his day: lustreware and mina'i ware. He also wrote poetry, some of which was inscribed on his pottery.
