Alain Grenier


Alain Grenier - diplomat from France. He was born on November 16, 1930 in Algiers. He graduated from the École nationale d'administration, the Sciences Po, the Paris Law Faculty. He was awarded the Officer of the Legion of Honour, the Commander of the National Order of Merit.
