Aleš Čeh
Aleš Čeh is a former Slovenian football midfielder who has represented his country at two of the major tournaments for which they have qualified.
Club career
He played for the youth teams of Slovan Ljubljana, later as professional also for the city rivals Olimpija Ljubljana. In 1992, he was transferred to Austrian 2nd division side Grazer AK, where he had great success, became idol for the fans and player for his national side. With his steady powerful midfield-play he helped the Athletiks back to top-flight in 1995, became soon one of Austrians top-clubs again. After winning the Cup and the Supercup in 2000 and 2002, he left GAK in summer 2003 for a short-term for Maribor until winter 2004, before he went back to Austria, this time for Second Division side LASK Linz, where he played from spring 2005 to summer 2006.After that he moved back to NK Olimpija. He retired from football after the 2008–09 season and worked at the club initially as a youth coach and later as assistant manager to Dušan Kosič. In June 2011 he took up the position of manager at Grazer AK.
International career
Čeh was capped 74 times and scored one goal for Slovenia. He was a participant at the Euro 2000 and World Cup 2002.International goals
