Aleksandr Kushchev
Aleksandr Kushchev - military personnel. He was born on May 10, 1898 in Moscow and died on January 11, 1975 in Minsk. He graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia, the M.V. Frunze Military Academy. He was awarded the Order of Kutuzov, 1st class, the Medal "For the Liberation of Warsaw", the Order of Kutuzov, 2nd class, the Order of Lenin, the Order of the Red Banner, the Jubilee Medal "XX Years of the Workers' and Peasants' Red Army", the Hero of the Soviet Union, the Medal "For the Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War 1941–1945", the Medal "For the Capture of Berlin".
