In December 2014, Alphaeon Corporation acquired Clarion Medical Technologies, a medical device and product manufacturer based in Cambridge, Ontario.
In January 2020, Alpheon completely reorganized its corporate structure and has split into two business units, AEON Biopharma, Inc. and Alphaeon1 LLC.
