Andover is a civil parish in Victoria County, New Brunswick, Canada.
For governance purposes it is divided between the villages of Aroostook and Perth-Andover and the local service district of the parish of Andover.History
Andover Parish set off in 1833 from Kent Parish as part of Carleton County: possibly named by a Mr. Sisson who came from the town of Andover in Hants, England: included Grand Falls Parish until 1852.Delineation
