Harcourt Andrew Pretorius Tesoriere is a British diplomat. He was Ambassador to Albania from 1996 to 1998, Ambassador to Latvia from 2002 to 2005, and Ambassador to Algeria from 2005 to 2007. Since 2008 he has been OSCE Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan.. Head, European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine, since 2015
