Andrew Topolski

Andrew Topolski was an American postminimalist sculptor and draftsman. He was born in Buffalo and died in Brooklyn, NY. He created three dimensional sculptures with rotating parts and musical box mechanisms, bridging architectural elements, science, and music composition. His materials included metals, glass, wood, paint, graphite, and ink. He taught the foundations of art at Parsons School of Design, where his works were also exhibited.
