António Miguel Morais Barreto - Portuguese sociologist and politician. He was born on October 30, 1942 in Porto. He graduated from the Law School of the University of Coimbra. He was awarded the Grand Cross of the Order of Liberty, the Grand Cross of the Military Order of Christ.
