Arkady Morkov


Arkadiy Ivanovich Morkov was a Russian noble and diplomat. He was the member of the Russian Collegium for Foreign Affairs and Alexander Bezborodko aide. He later replaced Bezborodko. Ambassador in France and Sweden.
