Arpaise is a comune in the Province of Benevento in the Italian region Campania, located about 50 km northeast of Naples and about 11 km south of Benevento.

Arpaise borders the following municipalities: Altavilla Irpina, Ceppaloni, Pietrastornina, Roccabascerana.
