Arthur Hübscher


Arthur Hübscher - writer and author from Germany. He was born on January 3, 1897 in Cologne and died on July 10, 1985 in Frankfurt am Main. He was awarded the Goethe Plaque of the City of Frankfurt, the Knight Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
