Assumption College, Kilmore Assumption College is an Australian Catholic co-educational secondary day and boarding school . The school is located in the town of Kilmore , Victoria .Marist Brothers , Assumption College first took boarders in 1901, in response to the educational needs of the Catholic families throughout regional Victoria and New South Wales . Assumption was established as a boys' school and this continued until 1971 when the school became co-educational.
