Australian Christian Channel
The Australian Christian Channel is a religious channel available in Australia.
In late 2014, ACCTV became available for viewing on free-to-air TV on the Optus D2 satellite, alongside several other international Christian channels. The channel was previously also available on free-to-air digital terrestrial television in Sydney on the Digital Forty Four service. They have also partnered with Shine TV in New Zealand, U-Channel in Indonesia and UCB in the UK to establish a broadcast service center in Australia that provides programming for those channels.It was announced on 29 January 2010 that the digital terrestrial television service Digital Forty Four would end its broadcast on 30 April 2010 including Australian Christian Channel. The Australian government agency, the Australian Communications and Media Authority decided not to renew the license to broadcast beyond the end of April.
