Ayatsugu Yamashita is a professional Japanese baseball player. He plays catcher for the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles.
On November 14, 2017, the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks traded Yamashita to the Tohoku Rakuten Golden Eagles for Tetsuro Nishida.
