Baobab College
Baobab College is an independent day and boarding school situated outside Lusaka, Zambia.
The school enrols students from ages 2-18, to follow the National Curriculum for England and Wales. At the end of Year 11, students sit IGCSE exams through CIE.
Senior College students follow AS/A level programmes.
In 2005, Baobab College was awarded Fellowship Centre Status by CIE - the only school in Zambia to achieve this award. In 2015, Baobab College became a member of Council of British International Schools COBIS.
The school was founded with 15 pupils and 4 members of staff in January 1994. It outgrew its original location and in September 1999, it moved to its current site, a large and woodland campus on the outskirts of Lusaka, situated on Kafue Road.
Baobab College is a diverse international community, with students and staff from many different countries.
