Bernard Dessein


Bernard Dessein - military officer from France. He was born on March 19, 1762 in Orthez and died on September 30, 1823 in Orthez. He was awarded the Knight of the Royal and Military Order of Saint Louis, the Knight of the Legion of Honour.
