Bidya Sundar Shakya


Bidya Sundar Shakya is a Nepali politician and current Mayor of Kathmandu. Shakya previously served as Chairman of Ward No. 21 for two terms. Shakya is the current secretary of CPN-UML's Kathmandu District committee.
