There were 168 housing units at an average density of 409.8 per square mile. The racial makeup of the city was 95.11% White, 1.53% Asian, 2.75% Pacific Islander, and 0.61% from two or more races. There were 148 households, out of which 23.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 50.0% were married couples living together, 8.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.8% were non-families. 31.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 19.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.21 and the average family size was 2.71. In the city, the population was spread out, with 19.6% under the age of 18, 9.5% from 18 to 24, 19.3% from 25 to 44, 21.1% from 45 to 64, and 30.6% who were 65 years of age or older.
