Bois-Colombes
Bois-Colombes is a commune in the northwestern suburbs of Paris, France. It is located from the center of Paris. It is one of the most densely populated municipalities in Europe. International companies such as Colgate-Palmolive, IBM and AVIVA have their French quarter in Bois Colombes. The current mayor of Bois Colombes is Yves Révillon.
History
The commune of Bois-Colombes was created on 13 March 1896 by detaching its territory from the commune of Colombes.Transport
Bois-Colombes is served by two stations on the Transilien Paris - Saint-Lazare suburban rail line: Bois-Colombes and Les Vallées.
