Bouni–Bobe language

Bouni and Bobe constitute a moribund Skou language of Papua New Guinea. Bouni is spoken in Sumo village, and Bobe in Nori village, both of West Aitape Rural LLG, Sandaun Province, near the border with Indonesia.
Bouni–Bobe is genealogically close to Barupu, but has been strongly influenced by neighboring Womo, also a Skou language.
