Binger began her career around the age of 13, signing with Ford Models in New York. According to her father, she had always been interested in modelling but moved to California in 2006 with little expectations. However, her career began to take off, and in June 2007, at the age of 20, she was Playboy's Playmate of the Month.
Since moving to California, she has appeared on ', ', Deal or No Deal, and The Girls Next Door. She is close friends with The Girls Next Door star Kendra Wilkinson, and has appeared as a supporting cast member on Wilkinson's reality show Kendra.
In addition to Ford Models, Binger has been represented by Elite Model Management.
