Broadway Television Theatre is a one-hour syndicated television anthology series produced by WOR-TV in New York City. The series premiered April 14, 1952 and ran for 73 episodes through 1954.Production background
All the episodes were abridged adaptations of Broadway shows and were shot on 35mm film. Its stars included Christopher Plummer, Veronica Lake, Sylvia Sidney, Signe Hasso, Roddy McDowall, Jack Warden, Ruth Warrick, Constance Bennett, Lee Grant, and Bonita Granville.
