Buenaventura Municipality
Buenaventura is one of the 67 municipalities of Chihuahua, in northern Mexico. The municipal seat lies at San Buenaventura. The municipality covers an area of 8,938.3 km².
As of 2010, the municipality had a total population of 22,378, up from 20,533 as of 2005.
The municipality had 237 localities, the largest of which were: San Buenaventura, Ejido Benito Juárez, Constitución, Flores Magón, classified as urban, and Rodrigo M. Quevedo, classified as rural.Geography
