Bumper Films

Bumper Films was a British children's stop motion animation production company, which was established by Ian Frampton and John Walker in 1982. They are best known for producing the original series of Fireman Sam, which aired from 1987 to 1994. They also produced Joshua Jones, which aired briefly in 1992, Gogs, which aired from 1993 to 1998, Starhill Ponies, which aired from 1998 until 2002, and Rocky Hollow, which aired from 1983 to 1986.
In December 2001, the Fireman Sam brand was sold to Gullane Entertainment, and after finishing production on Starhill Ponies in 2002, the company shut down. In Welsh, Bumper Films was called Ffilmiau Bumper.
