CZN Burak
Burak Özdemir, nicknamed CZNBurak, is a Turkish chef and restaurateur. He owns the Hatay Medeniyetler Sofrasi chain of restaurants, which consist of three branches; Taksim, Aksaray and Etiler.
His technique for preparing and presenting Turkish and Syrian recipes, generally while gazing directly into the camera with a smile, made him an Internet celebrity.
He is of Syrian Arab descent, he comes from Hatay province.
