Carsten Norgaard
Carsten Nørgaard is a Danish actor. Norgaard was born Frederiksberg, Denmark. He began his career playing the enigmatic Dolphin Man in the 1988 film The Fruit Machine. Norgaard also appeared in the Disney film . His most recent appearance is as Rudolph Wegener in The Man in the High Castle, a 2015 American alternate history TV series.
