Aims

• CICR contributes to the resolution of conflict through research, education and practice.
• CICR increases understanding of international conflicts through research and offers courses that disseminate knowledge about conflicts and their causes.
• CICR responds to the needs of parties involved in conflicts, empowering individuals and organizations to address conflicts constructively.
• CICR coordinates efforts of academics and practitioners from governmental, nongovernmental and international organizations in joint research and action.
