Central Luzon Link Expressway


Central Luzon Link Expressway is a toll road currently under construction in Central Luzon region that will connect the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway and Tarlac–Pangasinan–La Union Expressway to the currently under-construction North Luzon East Expressway in Cabanatuan towards San Jose, Nueva Ecija.
DPWH Secretary Mark Villar led the groundbreaking ceremony on September 22, 2017 in La Paz, Tarlac. The construction is funded by a ₱3.7 billion loan by the Japan International Cooperation Agency. Its target full completion by 2021.
