Charles O'Hara Booth
Charles O'Hara Booth, was an English-born soldier who served as commandant-in-chief of Port Arthur penal colony in what is today Australia.
Booth also had jurisdiction over all stations on the Tasman Peninsula. He was well respected and oversaw major reforms of the colony.
